Our tenant find service includes the inspection and rental valuation of your property, plus:
- Advice on presenting your property to its best advantage together with any maintenance or health & safety issues that arise during the inspection
- Marketing your property through our High Street offices, website, email updates, to let boards, Rightmove, Zoopla and similar Internet sites we subscribe to.
- Accompanying prospective tenants to view the property if vacant
- Vetting prospective tenants through employer references and a full credit search
- Preparation of a tenancy agreement which protects your rights
- Arranging a standing order mandate for the payment of future rent
- Collecting the first month’s rent
- Collection of the deposit paid by the tenants (equivalent to 1 month’s rent) to be placed by the landlord into a government based tenancy deposit scheme
Tenant fees
- 1 month rent + 1 month deposit payable on move in.
- The tenant monies payable on move in date.
- The tenant will pay first month’s rent plus 1 month deposit on move in date.
- The deposit paid by the tenants (equivalent to 1 month's rent) to be placed by the landlord into a government-based tenancy deposit scheme.
